目前在板式塔的设计工作中,设计者在通过化工过程模拟软件计算出工业生产中所需的理论塔板数,然后根据经验估算一个塔板效率,从而决定所需的实际精馏塔板数.而在这个过程中,塔内的液体流动状况、气体分布形式很少被考虑,塔板效率粗略的估计无疑会影响设计的准确性,往往采样较保守的设计是以能源和材料的浪费为代价.塔板效率的预测主要包括两方面的内容:塔板上汽液流动和传质的预测.该文在国内外已有的研究基础上,充分考虑了筛板塔板上两相流动特征,针对上面提到的影响塔效率的两方面因素作了大量的工作:对于流体流动,我们提出了三维双液层液体流动模型.编写了相应的程序与现有的流体计算软件包结合得与实际塔板上流体流动出较为接近的计算结果.在试验中,利用X型热膜风速仪实现了三维流场的速度测量.对于两相间传质,该文在流场计算的基础上,提出对不同液层采用不同的传质形式传质系数和接触面积计算点效率最后估算的整块塔板的效率的方案.该研究大致分两部分,即:塔板上流体流动的描述和两相传质描述.通过流体流场的测量,用三维流场数据验证了文中塔板物理模型的准确性,在流场计算的基础上,推导了塔板上两相传质计算方程,并作了简要的计算.
