一、民办高校财务管理目标（一）整体目标。在目前的环境下，民办高校财务管理目标应以院校价值最大化为目标，即根据民办高校发展目标，采用最优的财务政策，在考虑长远发展的前提下，筹集最多的资金，合理配置教育资源，充分发挥教师潜能，通过培养最优质人才，使民办高等院校的价值达到最大化。
