某石英脉型金矿石含金4.82 g/t,矿石中金以微细粒嵌布为主,金与其他矿物嵌布关系密切,且部分金被包裹于石英中。为寻求处理该类型矿石的工艺方案,对试样进行了浮选试验。结果表明,采用一次粗选、二次精选、三次扫选、中矿顺序返回的浮选流程,用硫酸作pH调整剂,六偏磷酸钠作矿泥分散剂,硫酸铜作活化剂,丁基黄药和丁铵黑药作复合捕收剂,得到含金59.26%、金回收率87.85%的金精矿。该浮选工艺中硫酸在调整矿浆pH至最佳值时,同时起到了清洗、活化目的矿物表面的作用,而六偏磷酸钠能分散细粒石英与金及其载体矿物,降低细粒石英脉石对金矿物及载体矿物浮选的影响,从而实现金矿物的高效浮选。
