由物资部物资再生利用管理办公室召开的物资再生利用管理工作座谈会于1992年11月27日～29日在京西宾馆举行。全国各大区物资再生利用管理处、部分省、市物资再生利用管理办公室及省、市公司的经理应邀出席。会议由物资部物资再生利用管理办公室主任马最良主持。物资部副部长陆江同志、部党组成员陆叙生同志出席开幕式并作了重要讲话。中国物资再生利用总公司姜治云总经理、边建华副总经理、国务院办公厅秘书二局王保虎副处长、国务院经贸办节约和综合利用司赵家荣处长等应邀出席会议并作了讲话。
The symposium on material recycling management held by the Material Recycling and Utilization Management Office of the Materials Department was held at the Beijing West Hotel from November 27 to 29, 1992. The material recycling and use management offices in major regions across the country, some provincial and municipal materials recycling management offices, and provincial and municipal company managers were invited to attend. The meeting was chaired by Ma Zheliang, director of the Material Recycling and Utilization Management Office of the Materials Department. Comrade Lu Jiang, deputy director of the Department of Materials, and Lu Xingsheng, a member of the Party’s Party Committee, attended the opening ceremony and made an important speech. General Manager Jiang Zhiyun of China National Materials Recycling and Utilization Corporation, Vice President Bi Jianhua and Deputy Director Wang Baohu of the Second Secretary of the General Office of the State Council and Director Zhao Jiarong of the Department of Conservation and Comprehensive Utilization of the State Council’s Economic and Trade Office were invited to attend the meeting and delivered speeches.
