本文对马铃薯脱毒苗和经优化培养后的脱毒苗在不同时期的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、多酚氧化酶(PPO)、果胶酶和纤维素酶6种酶的活性变化进行分析。结果表明:脱毒苗和优化培养的脱毒苗表现出相同的酶活变化趋势,不同时期4种保护性酶活性均较其对照提高,而果胶酶和纤维素酶的活性反而降低,这将会提高它们的抗性,为获得高产提供了基础。
In this paper, the effects of virus-free potato seedlings and optimized virus-free seedlings on the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), peroxidase (POD), catalase (CAT), polyphenol oxidase ), Pectinase and cellulase enzyme activities were analyzed. The results showed that the virus-free seedlings showed the same trend of change in virus-free seedlings and optimized culture.
