In the strategic literature, a new theory of competition is gradually taking shape. The author explains the new theory, the “theory of competitive comparative advantage,” and contrasts it with the neoclassical theory of perfect competition. We think that the new theory of competition can better explain the major macro and micro phenomena than the neoclassical theory of perfect competition. Finally, by using market-oriented evaluation as a potential resource for comparative advantage, we further analyze comparative theory.
