This study investigated the effects of different culture temperatures on the growth of mouse-mouse hybridoma HB-32 cells, the production of monoclonal antibodies (McAbs), glucose consumption, and lactic acid production. The authors used 10% fetal bovine serum, glucose (4g/L), NaHCO3 (2.2g/L) oxaloacetate (13.2mg/L), insulin (0.8mg/L). sodium pyruvate (5.5mg/L) HB-32 cells were incubated with DMEM, a non-essential amino acid and 1% antifungal antibiotic.
