摘要目的了解3.0 T MRI基础上增加DWI来鉴别软组织肿瘤良恶性的优势。方法回顾性分析63例因软组织肿瘤而手术的病人,均行3.0 T MRI及DWI。2位专家独立阅片,按照两步法分析肿瘤的恶性度:(1)标准MRI;(2)标准MRI联合定量及定性DWI。结果 63例肿瘤中有34例为恶性,29例为良性。在定性分析中,与良性肿瘤相比,DWI上恶性肿瘤信号高于骨骼肌更常见(P=0.003)。在定量分析中,恶性肿瘤
Abstract Objective To understand the advantages of 3.0T MRI based on the addition of DWI to differentiate benign and malignant soft tissue tumors. Methods Retrospective analysis of 63 cases of patients with soft tissue tumors and surgery, were performed 3.0 T MRI and DWI. Two independent readings of experts, according to two-step analysis of the malignancy of the tumor: (1) standard MRI; (2) standard MRI combined quantitative and qualitative DWI. Results Of the 63 tumors, 34 were malignant and 29 were benign. In qualitative analyzes, malignant tumor signals were more common in DWI than skeletal muscle compared with benign tumors (P = 0.003). In quantitative analysis, malignant tumors
