目的:在建立兔右髂动脉粥样硬化狭窄模型的基础上,观察在动脉腔内成形术中应用鱼油制剂后单核细胞白细胞介素-1(IL-1)的变化,以探讨鱼油制剂对动脉腔内成形术预后的影响。方法:日本大耳白兔100只,随机分为对照组和鱼抽组(每组50只),每组再分为成形术前及成形术后1~4周5个亚组。先行球囊右髂动脉内皮剥脱术,高胆固醇伺养5周后行右髂动脉球囊血管成形术,龟油组于成形术前3周开始在高胆固醇饲料中加入浓缩鱼油制剂(每只兔2ml/d)至实验结束。按分期于兔腹主动脉采血,用胸腺细胞增殖法测定单核细胞IL-1活性。结果:术前及术后1~4周鱼油组单核细胞IL-1明显低于对照组;在鱼油组内,术后2~4周单核细胞IL-1明显低于术前水平(P<0.05);对照组内术前及术后单核细胞IL-1无显著差异。结论:成形术前3周开始应用鱼油制剂可明显降低成形术时及术后单核细胞IL-1水平,推测该变化将有益于减少成形术员部血管中膜平滑肌细胞向内膜迁移和增殖。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a model of right iliac artery atherosclerosis in rabbits and observe the changes of interleukin-1 (IL-1) in mononuclear cells after the application of fish oil in arterial endoplasty. The Effect of Endovascular Plasty in Prognosis. Methods: One hundred Japanese white rabbits were randomly divided into control group and fish-drawn group (50 in each group), and each group was divided into 5 subgroups before and 1 to 4 weeks after the operation. Right balloon iliac artery endarterectomy and hypercholesterolemia were performed for 5 weeks. Balloon angioplasty was performed in the turtle oil group 3 weeks before the operation. Concentrated fish oil preparations (2 ml / d) to the end of the experiment. Blood was collected from the abdominal aorta of rabbits by staging and the monocyte IL-1 activity was measured by thymocyte proliferation assay. Results: The level of IL-1 in monocytes in fish oil group was significantly lower than that in control group before and 1 to 4 weeks after operation. IL-1 in monocytes in fish oil group was significantly lower than that in preoperative group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in IL-1 in preoperative and postoperative monocytes in the control group. Conclusion: The application of fish oil preparation 3 weeks before the operation can significantly reduce the levels of IL-1 in the mononuclear cells during and after operation, suggesting that this change will be beneficial to reduce the migration and proliferation of vascular smooth muscle cells intima to the intima of the angioplasty vessels .
