社会用电量的剧增,促进了输变电工程项目不断增加。设计阶段作为输变量工程项目中一个重要环节,对投资效益具有较大影响,因此,在工程设计阶段积极进行造价控制,对于降低整个工程造价具有决定性作用。但是,随着工程建设项目的增加,在设计阶段造价控制中存在着许多问题,严重影响了输变电工程正常运行。在设计阶段积极探究有效的造价控制措施是保证输变电工程造价科学化与规范化的重要举措。
The surge in electricity consumption has contributed to the continuous increase of transmission and transformation projects. As an important part of the project of variable transmission, the design stage has a great influence on the investment benefit. Therefore, actively controlling the construction cost during the project design phase has a decisive effect on reducing the entire project cost. However, with the increase of construction projects, there are many problems in cost control at the design stage, which seriously affect the normal operation of power transmission and transformation projects. Actively exploring effective cost control measures in the design stage is an important measure to ensure the scientific and standardized cost of transmission and distribution projects.
