要多吃多解,少吃少解我们怎样才能保持营养平衡?中医有升降出入的理论,意思是体内的清气要升,浊气要降,也就是营养物质需要上升,参与体内循环;浊气污物需要下降,排泄出体外。吃喝进去的食物与排泄出去的废物需要平衡。食物过盛在胃肠内分解会产生三层毒素,一是食物在培育过程中所使用的饲料、化肥、农药、添加剂的残毒;二是食物残渣的酵解毒素;三是营养成分吸收后所分解的毒素。 To eat more solution, eat less and less solution How can we maintain the nutritional balance?
