教学质量是衡量预期教学目标能否达到的关键因素。教学质量观是一个对学科教学有着决定性影响的重大问题。当前,思想政治学科教学存在着重考试分数不重思想品德、重双基训练不重创新培养、重眼前功利不重长远发展的认识偏差,背离了思想政治学科性质,抹杀了学生个性,影响了学生未来发展。我们要提倡以学生发展为本,注重生命成长的质量观;以品德培养为核心,彰显学科特色的质量观;以未来需要为着眼点,坚持可持续发展的质量观。为此应努力做到明确教学质量标准,建立质量保障体系,夯实课堂教学阵地,提高教师队伍素质。
The quality of teaching is a key factor that can measure the expected teaching goal. The concept of teaching quality is a major issue that has a decisive influence on subject teaching. At present, the teaching of ideological and political sciences has the following defects: emphasis on examination scores not on ideological and morality, emphasis on double-base training not on innovation and development, emphasis on immediate utilitarianism and long-term development awareness, deviating from the nature of ideological and political discipline, denying students personality and affecting students future development. We should promote the development of students based on the concept of quality of life; focus on character cultivation, demonstrate the quality of discipline characteristics; with the future needs as the focus, adhere to the concept of sustainable development quality. To this end, efforts should be made to clarify the teaching quality standards, establish a quality assurance system, consolidate classroom teaching positions and improve the quality of teachers.
