目的分析跖跗关节损伤的X线与多层螺旋CT表现,并评价其诊断价值。方法34例跖跗关节损伤患者,均行X线检查及螺旋CT扫描,应用多平面重建(MPR)、最大密度投影(MIP)、容积显示(VR)等重组技术进行图像后处理。结果 X线共检出骨折54处,其中单纯骨折39处,粉碎性骨折14处,骨折合并跗跖关节脱位9例;CT共检出骨折66处,其中单纯骨折47处,粉碎性骨折19处,骨折合并跗跖关节脱位10例。结论跖跗关节损伤时,X线不能很好显示小的撕脱性骨折、粉碎性骨折及跖跗关节轻度脱位;螺旋CT扫描和多平面重建能清晰显示骨质损伤及关节脱位的程度与类型,应作为跖跗关节损伤的首选检查方法。“,”Objective To analyze the X-ray and multi-slice CT findings of tarsometatarsal joint injuries, to discuss the diagnosis value. Methods In 34 cases of tarsometatarsal joint injuries were examined by the radiography and multi-slice CT, and then reformat ed the tarsometatarsal joint with the MPR、MIP and VR etc. Results A total of 54 fractures were found by X-ray, Among them:39 cases imple fractures, 14 cases comminuted fracture, fractures associated with dislocation of tarsometatarsal joint in 9 cases. A total of 66 fractures were found by CT, Among them:47 cases imple fractures, 19 cases comminuted fracture, fractures associated with dislocation of tarsometatarsal joint in 10 cases. Conclusion Tarsometatarsal joint injury, X-ray cannot very good display smal avulsed fracture, comminuted fracture and tarsometatarsal joint mild dislocation, Spiral CT scan and multi-dimensional recombinant technology can clearly display bone injury and joint dislocation of the degree and type, Should be as choice examination method of the tarsometatarsal joint injury.
