取优质(低芥酸、低硫甙)油菜和普通油菜(高芥酸、高硫甙)的早、中、晚熟及极晚熟(欧洲冬油菜)品种,从苗期至成熟期进行植株测定分析。发现优质油菜无论是不同熟性品种,或是植株不同部位,均表现“糖高氮低”的特点;且苗期糖氮含量的差异很小,越冬期、薹花期的差异很大,到成熟期差异又很小,呈“梭形过程”。糖高氮低是生长势弱的表现,测定其硝态氮、硝酸还原酶(NR)活力及光合作用速率等生理特征,均表现势弱。
The early, middle and late ripening and very late ripening (European winter rapeseed) cultivars with high quality (low erucic acid, low glucosinolate) and common rape (high erucic acid, high glucosinolate) were collected and analyzed from the seedling to mature stage . The results showed that the high-quality rapeseed had the characteristics of “low sugar and high nitrogen”, no matter it was of different maturity varieties or different parts of the plant, and the difference of sugar and nitrogen content was very little at seedling stage. Period difference is very small, was “fusiform process.” Low sugar and low nitrogen is a weak growth potential, and its physiological characteristics such as nitrate nitrogen, nitrate reductase (NR) activity and photosynthesis rate are all weak.
