由于新的~(10)B化合物的合成,使热中子俘获疗法治疗恶性肿瘤又成为可能。用热中子俘获处理法已经证明,~(10)B-氯丙嗪十一烷基氢化十二硼(~(10)B-CPZ)和~(10)B-对硼基苯丙氨酸(~(10)B-BPA)对黑色素瘤细胞有特殊的杀伤作用。本文利用肿瘤非特异的~(10)B-硼酸(~(10)B-BA)处理培养的黑色素瘤细胞进行细胞存活试验,确定热中子和~(10)B(n,α)~7Li反应的相对生物效应,并估计出~(10)B-化合物在细胞中的蓄积。
Due to the synthesis of new ~(10)B compounds, thermal neutron capture therapy has become possible to treat malignant tumors. The use of thermal neutron capture treatment has demonstrated ~(10)B-chloropromazine undecylhydrido-dodecaine (~(10)B-CPZ) and ~(10)B-p-phenylphenylalanine. (~(10)B-BPA) has a special killing effect on melanoma cells. In this study, cell melanoma cells cultured with tumor-specific non-specific ~(10)B-boronic acid (~(10)B-BA) were used for cell survival experiments to determine thermal neutrons and ~(10)B(n,α)~7Li The relative biological effects of the reaction and the accumulation of ~(10)B-compounds in the cells were estimated.
