结球茴香,又叫球茎茴香,系伞形科茴香的一个变种,为一二年生草本植物。其叶柄基部肥大成扁圆球状的假茎,故名球茎茴香,嫩叶可供馅食,球茎可熟食.亦可切成薄片凉拌生良,叶微香,鲜嫩可口。既是元旦、春节筵席上佳品.又可在4月供应春淡。我校于1986年自意大利罗马世界粮农组织种质资源室引入试种,经3年来的研究,已初步掌握了其主要特征特性,栽培技术和采种的技木要领,现小结如下:
