我们自1977至1983年12月共进行纤维胃镜检查6310例,经胃粘膜活检确诊老年胃癌者计571例,检出率9.05%,其中60岁以上老年胃癌208例,占胃癌检出总数(208/571)36.6%;30岁以下青年胃癌8例(8/571)占0.14%,现就208例老年胃癌分析如下。
We performed fiberoptic gastroscopy in 6310 cases from December 1977 to December 1983. 571 cases of elderly patients with gastric cancer were confirmed by gastric mucosa biopsy. The detection rate was 9.05%. Among them, 208 cases of gastric cancer above 60 years old accounted for the total number of detected gastric cancer (208 / 571) 36.6%; 8 cases (8/571) of gastric cancer in young people under the age of 30 accounted for 0.14%. The analysis of 208 elderly patients with gastric cancer is as follows.
