采用反相高效液相色谱-紫外检测法测定邻苯二甲酸二甲酯(DMP)在乌鳢体内的代谢动力学和残留。将DMP以20mg/kg灌服乌鳢后,取样测定不同时间点血浆和肌肉中的DMP质量浓度,并利用3p97药物动力学软件对试验数据进行分析,结果表明乌鳢灌服DMP后体内吸收较快,吸收半衰期为0.028h,分布半衰期为1.16h,消除半衰期为231.29h,血浆质量浓度-时间曲线下面积AUC为65.83μg.h.mL-1,达峰时间为0.17h,达峰质量浓度为0.71mg/L;同时在8、12、24、48、72、144h各点肌肉中DMP浓度均比血浆中高,DMP在肌肉组织中的消除半衰期为256.6h,通过代谢动力学和残留研究显示DMP在乌鳢体内吸收和分布较快,消除缓慢。
