2008年10月15日,中国电建企协火电施工专委会第二十次年会圆满完成各项会议议程。本次年会由天津电力建设公司承办,来自全国基建战线、发电集团、电网公司、中电联等64家单位代表参会。在大会上,火电施工专委会会长吴华斌对第五届火电施工专委会组建以来的主要工作进行了回顾,重点对当前火电施工企业面临的形势及建议做了全面、详实的分析与研究,并就此提出了意见和建议。随后,中电联副理事长孙玉才、原电力部基建司司长叶迎春、华北电网有限公司副总经理周安春等领导分别讲话。
On October 15, 2008, the 20th Annual Meeting of the Special Committee on Thermal Power Construction of China State Construction Enterprises Association successfully completed the agenda of each meeting. This annual meeting was undertaken by Tianjin Electric Power Construction Company and attended by 64 representatives from national infrastructure fronts, power generation groups, power grid companies and CEC. At the conference, Wu Huabin, chairman of the Special Committee for Thermal Power Construction, reviewed the major work since the establishment of the Fifth Special Committee for Thermal Power Construction, and made a comprehensive and detailed analysis of the current situation and suggestions facing the thermal power construction enterprises Research, and put forward opinions and suggestions on this. Subsequently, Sun Yucai, vice chairman of CEC, Ye Yingchun, former director of Infrastructure Department of Ministry of Electric Power, and Zhou Anchun, deputy general manager of North China Power Grid Co., Ltd., made speeches respectively.
