　　He never achieved his own dream of playing professional football——unlike his father, he just didn’t have the talent. Neither does he have a reputation for playboy nights out or excessive drinking. And the only woman in his life appears to be the one he met when she was still a teenager and later married.
　　Instead, his fame has come from his phenomenal success coaching——he earns around ￡5million a year as the Premiership’s highest paid manager——and his 17)unstinting self belief.
　　He apparently believes he’s God’s Gift to whichever club he works for.
