目的 研究线粒体肌酸激酶在乳腺肿瘤中的表达及意义。方法 应用线粒体肌酸激酶抗血清和免疫组化LSAB法对45例乳腺肿瘤组织行CK-mit检测。结果 癌细胞免疫组化染色阳性率分别是乳腺浸润性导管瘤78.2%(25/32)、乳腺腺瘤10.0%(1/10)、癌旁组织2.9%(1/35)。线粒体肌酸激酶阳性率在癌组织内比在癌旁组织和腺瘤内高(P<0.01)。结论 线粒体肌酸激酶有助于乳腺癌的早期诊断。
Objective To study the expression and significance of mitochondrial creatine kinase in breast tumors. Methods CK-mit was detected in 45 cases of breast tumors using mitochondrial creatine kinase antiserum and immunohistochemistry LSAB method. Results The positive rates of cancer cell immunohistochemical staining were 78.2% (25/32) of breast infiltrating ductal tumors, 10.0% (1/10) of breast adenomas, and 2.9% of paratumor tissues (1/35). ). The positive rate of mitochondrial creatine kinase was higher in cancer tissues than in adjacent tissues and adenomas (P<0.01). Conclusion Mitochondrial creatine kinase is helpful for the early diagnosis of breast cancer.
