采用高能球磨法将羰基铁粉和羰基镍粉混合,研究了球磨时间对Fe-50%Ni合金粉末粒度分布、相组成的影响。研究了粉末粒度对粉末注射成形Fe-50%Ni烧结件显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:球磨40h的Fe-50%Ni合金粉末适合于注射成形,球磨后注射成形的粉末装载量由52%提高到58%,球磨后烧结件的孔隙减少,在1350℃保温2h,真空烧结得到的烧结件具有最好的力学性能,抗拉强度为574MPa,密度8.06g/cm3。
The effect of milling time on the particle size distribution and phase composition of Fe-50% Ni alloy powder was studied by mixing high-energy ball milling method with carbonyl nickel powder. The effect of powder particle size on the microstructure and mechanical properties of Fe-50% Ni sintered powder by powder injection molding was studied. The results show that the 40h Fe-50% Ni alloy powder is suitable for injection molding. After the ball milling, the powder loading of injection molding is increased from 52% to 58%, the porosity of the sintered part decreases after milling, the temperature is maintained at 1350 ℃ for 2h, The resulting sintered parts have the best mechanical properties, tensile strength of 574MPa, density of 8.06g / cm3.
