员工的职业不安全感已成为职场普遍现象,也是现代人力资源管理面临的新课题。服务型企业员工的职业不安全感具有自身特殊性。本文以泉州地区高星级酒店员工为例,通过调研访谈,总结服务型企业员工对职业不安全感的认知,分析员工职业不安全感的来源与结果,并针对其影响因素提出服务型企业员工职业不安全感相应的消减对策,旨在促进服务型企业人力资源管理的变革,达成员工与企业的双赢。
The staff’s occupational insecurity has become a common phenomenon in the workplace, but also a new task facing modern human resources management. The service-oriented employee occupational insecurity has its own particularity.
