本文叙述在选煤厂中经常用以接受外来煤的受煤坑及类似受料设备有效长度的计算问题.作者认为以前在设计中所采用的按额定卸车时间的计算方法经济依据不够充足.比较合理的解决办法应该是全面地进行综合经济效果分析,以保证工程设备基建投资和运管费的最小消耗.本文根据基建投资和运管费的最小折合总投资原则建立了新的计算方法.
This paper describes the calculation of the effective length of the coal receiving pit and similar receiving equipment, which is often used in coal preparation plants to accept foreign coal, and the authors consider that the previous calculation of rated unloading time used in the design was not sufficiently supported by the economic basis. A reasonable solution should be to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the economic effects to ensure that infrastructure equipment investment in infrastructure and transportation costs minimum.This paper based on the minimum capital investment and transportation management of the total investment principles established a new calculation method.
