安定区位于甘肃省中部,是国家水土流失重点治理区域。安定区通过注重加强组织领导、注重工作机构设置、注重科学全面规划、注重多方筹措资金、注重预防监督管理等措施,水土流失得到有效控制,水土资源得到有效利用,生产条件和生态环境明显改善,群众生活水平明显提高,县域经济总量明显壮大,群众致富奔小康的积极性明显增强。本文建议今后要进一步加强开发建设项目的水土保持管理工作,加强水土保持的监测工作,加强城镇的水土保持工作。
Anding District is located in the central Gansu Province, is a national key area of soil and water erosion control. Anding District has effectively controlled soil and water loss, effectively utilized its water and land resources, improved its production conditions and ecological environment by focusing on such measures as strengthening organization and leadership, setting work institutions, focusing on scientific and comprehensive planning, paying attention to multi-lateral financing and paying attention to preventive supervision and management. The standard of living of the masses has been markedly enhanced, the total economic output of the county has been significantly increased, and the enthusiasm of the masses for getting well-off has been significantly enhanced. This paper suggests that we should further strengthen soil and water conservation management of development and construction projects in the future, strengthen monitoring of soil and water conservation and strengthen soil and water conservation in cities and towns.
