我院于1979年10月,应用双氧水心脏声学造影方法检查71例心脏病患者共278次,观察结果证明此法效果确实,无特殊不良反应,对心血管疾病特别是紫绀型先心病的诊断和鉴别诊断价值很大,是一种非创伤性检查,与心导管造影检查比较,具有操作简单安全可靠等优点,值得研究推广,现将资料记载完整的59例共244次双氧水心脏声学造影的观察报告如下:资料与方法59例中,男35例,女24例,年龄8～58
