克山病是病因未明的心肌病,辅酶Q_(10)(C_0Q_(10))用于治疗克山病已有报道,并取得一定疗效,同时辅 酶Q又是细胞线粒体呼吸链的一个组分,是电子传递系统中的递氢体,是生成ATP的必须成分。为了深入开展辅酶Q代谢机制的研究,必须建立直接测定心肌组织和线粒体中辅酶Q含量的方法,否则难以研究,为此我们建立了高效液相色谱法,并获得成功。用此法开展了:(一)克山病患者心肌组织中辅酶Q_(10)含量的研究,(二)辅酶Q_(10)对损伤心肌的保护作用的研究,取得一定的结果,为临床应用提供了实验依据。
