目的:探讨乳腺癌凋亡基因B细胞淋巴瘤/白血病(Bcl-2)与增殖细胞核相关抗原(Ki-67)的表达及病理意义,为临床研究提供依据。方法:收集2010年5月~2013年4月该院病理科保存完整的原发性乳腺癌手术切除的标本56例,采用RT-PCR法检测Bcl-2 mRNA与Ki-67 mRNA的表达,分析两者表达与乳腺癌临床病理的相关性。结果:Bcl-2 mRNA和Ki-67 mRNA表达与组织分级、TNM分期和肿瘤转移关系密切(P<0.05),但与年龄无关(P>0.05)。Bcl-2 mRNA和Ki-67 mRNA在乳腺癌中的表达呈正相关(r=0.73,P<0.05)。结论:乳腺癌原发病灶Bcl-2 mRNA和Ki-67 mRNA表达可反应乳腺癌细胞的增殖、侵袭能力及恶性程度。Bcl-2 mRNA和Ki-67 mRNA联合检测可全面指导乳腺癌术后辅助治疗。
Objective: To investigate the expression and pathological significance of Bcl-2 and Ki-67 in breast cancer and to provide basis for clinical research. Methods: From May 2010 to April 2013, 56 cases of primary breast cancer resected specimens from the Department of Pathology were collected. The expressions of Bcl-2 mRNA and Ki-67 mRNA were detected by RT-PCR. The correlation between the expression and clinical pathology of breast cancer. Results: The expressions of Bcl-2 mRNA and Ki-67 mRNA were closely related to the histological grade, TNM stage and tumor metastasis (P <0.05), but not to age (P> 0.05). The expression of Bcl-2 mRNA and Ki-67 mRNA in breast cancer was positively correlated (r = 0.73, P <0.05). Conclusion: The expression of Bcl-2 mRNA and Ki-67 mRNA in primary breast cancer can reflect the proliferation, invasion and malignancy of breast cancer cells. Combined detection of Bcl-2 mRNA and Ki-67 mRNA can guide postoperative adjuvant therapy for breast cancer.
