研究了淬火温度对25MnV钢组织及性能的影响。结果表明:在实验温度范围内,25MnV钢的强度、硬度先随淬火温度的升高而增加,在910℃时达到峰值,随后随淬火温度的升高而降低;25MnV钢淬火后组织主要为马氏体,奥氏体晶粒尺寸随淬火温度的升高而增大。
The effect of quenching temperature on microstructure and properties of 25MnV steel was studied. The results show that the strength and hardness of 25MnV steel first increase with the increase of quenching temperature and reach the peak at 910 ℃, and then decrease with the increase of quenching temperature. The microstructure of 25MnV steel is mainly horse The size of austenite and austenite increases with the increase of quenching temperature.
