微机用于病案首页管理不仅提高工作效率,扩大资料积累的内容,而且更利于资料的检索统计和分析。目前,在国内许多医院得以应用和推广。但微机处理后的数据存在与原始数据的偏差,某区对某下属27所医院上报的病案首页微机管理数据校正结果如下:准确率达100％且无缺项的医院3所占医院总数的11％,缺项少于10％的有9所占33.3％,缺项数超过总项目数10％以上的18所占医院总数有66.75％。可见分析病案首页微机处理中影响资料准确性的因素,制定有效对策,确保资料的准确和完整是非常必要的。
