目的探讨艾迪注射液对食管癌血管生成作用的影响。方法 66例经内镜活检证实为食管癌的患者随机分为两组:治疗组34例,术前给予艾迪注射液治疗5d;对照组32例,术前不用药物治疗。应用免疫组化SP法检测肿瘤标本中的血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)表达和肿瘤微血管密度(MVD),应用双抗体夹心ELISA法检测治疗前后血清VEGF的水平。结果治疗后,治疗组VEGF蛋白表达和MVD均低于对照组[(10407.86±914.13vs.11064.69±821.38)和(43.68±6.65vs.50.11±5.89)](P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组血清VEGF低于对照组[(430.73±55.14)pg/ml vs.(471.59±62.09)pg/ml](P<0.05)。MVD和VEGF的表达呈正相关(r=0.947,P<0.01)。结论应用艾迪注射液可抑制食管癌的复发和转移。
Objective To investigate the effect of Aidi injection on angiogenesis in esophageal cancer. Methods Sixty-six patients with esophageal cancer confirmed by endoscopic biopsy were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group (34 cases), Aidi injection (5 days) before operation, and control group (32 cases) without medication before operation. The expression of VEGF and tumor microvessel density (MVD) in tumor samples were detected by immunohistochemical SP method. The level of VEGF in serum before and after treatment was detected by double antibody sandwich ELISA. Results After treatment, the expression of VEGF protein and MVD in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group [(10407.86 ± 914.13 vs. 11064.69 ± 821.38) and (43.68 ± 6.65) vs 50.11 ± 5.89] (P <0.05). After treatment, serum VEGF in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group [(430.73 ± 55.14) pg / ml vs. (471.59 ± 62.09) pg / ml] (P <0.05). MVD and VEGF expression was positively correlated (r = 0.947, P <0.01). Conclusion Aidi injection can inhibit the recurrence and metastasis of esophageal cancer.
