视频编解码技术是智能视频分析技术的基础,编解码技术的框架直接决定了视频分析技术的研究框架。目前所存在的视频编解码标准基本上都是基于像素编码的,而视频分析技术的需求多是面向对象的,所以从这个层面来说,基于像素编码的框架在一定程度上给视频分析技术的研究带来了一定的障碍。到目前为止,智能分析技术研究领域还有众多尚未解决的难题。但是其应用需求已经越来越多,所以在以后的视频编解码算法中,需要更多的考虑到后续的视频处理技术的需要,比如智能分析技术的需要,在编解码阶段就为其创造比较便利的条件。基于这个思想,智能分析技术也能为视频编解码技术的研究带来新的思路。本文的第一章和第二章就国内外视音频编解码技术的发展现状进行了详细阐述,继而对国内外的研究现状进行了对比分析。鉴于视频编解码技术在安防应用中属于核心技术之一,本文在第三章分析了这两者之间的关系。最后,第四章对视音频编解码技术的发展趋势进行了展望。

Based on this idea, intelligent analysis technology can also bring new ideas to the research of video codec technology. The first chapter and the second chapter of this thesis elaborate on the status quo of the development of video and audio codec at home and abroad, and then make a comparative analysis of the research status at home and abroad. In view of video coding and decoding technology in security applications is one of the core technologies, this paper analyzes the relationship between the two in the third chapter. Finally, the fourth chapter of the video and audio codec technology trends are prospected.
