在吉林省砂壤水稻土添加不同浓度砷(Na3ASO4·12H2O)对水稻生长发育和残留规律进行盆栽试验研究。结果表明,砷对水稻的毒害作用极大,能严重地抑制其生长发育,土壤投加砷15~50mg/kg条件下,可使水稻减产30%~65%。水稻各器官砷累积量随土壤中砷浓度的增加而增加,其分布规律为:根茎叶>糙米。以食品卫生标准为依据,推算出砂壤水稻土中砷的毒性临界值分别为:22.3mg/kg(全量)和4.3mg/kg(1mol/LHCl提取量)
A pot experiment was conducted to study the growth and residual law of rice by adding arsenic (Na3ASO4 · 12H2O) with different concentrations in paddy soil of Jilin Province. The results showed that arsenic had a great toxic effect on rice and could severely inhibit its growth and development. Under the condition of arsenic concentration of 15-50 mg / kg, the yield of rice could be reduced by 30% -65%. The accumulation of arsenic in various organs of rice increased with the increase of arsenic concentration in soil, and its distribution was as follows: root stem> leaf> brown rice. Based on the food hygiene standards, the critical values for the toxicity of arsenic in sandy soil were estimated to be 22.3 mg / kg (total amount) and 4.3 mg / kg (1 mol / LHCl extract)
