This article reports that the normal breast, proliferative breast, primary tumor and transplanted tumor cells in BALB/C mice have a multinucleated cell response to Cytochalasin B. It is believed that the increase in multinuclear cells is related to uncontrollable nuclear division. The normal mammary glands were taken from 16-18 days of gestation, and the premammary mammary glands were derived from proliferating acinar nodules. The mammary adenocarcinomas from the proliferating acinar nodules were inoculated with the proliferating tissues of the same mouse. In tumors, transplanted tumors were derived from primary tumors that were passaged for a long period of time in the same mouse. The tumorigenic and nontumorigenic cell lines served as positive controls and negative controls, respectively, including the mouse mammary gland cell line ESD/
