以往的经验告诉我们,艺术品拍卖中画家的市场行情始终要好于书家的市场行情,正所谓“画贵书贱”。不过,近年来书法拍卖市场呈现出快速上扬的态势,尤其是宋元古代书法作品的价格真是水涨船高。如2009年中国嘉德秋拍上以1.008亿元成交的《宋诸名贤题徐常侍篆书之迹》,2010年北京保利春拍上以4.368亿元天价成交的北宋黄庭坚《砥柱铭》,2010年中国嘉德秋拍上以3.08亿元成交的东晋王羲之《平安帖》,2010年北京翰海春拍上以7392万元
