通过分析钻杆井下运动状态得出钻杆接头磨损机理,从理论上分析了聚晶金刚石作为钻杆接头耐磨材料的可行性。利用摩擦磨损试验机,模拟钻杆接头井下工况;通过防磨带试件分别与套管或岩样进行摩擦试验,模拟钻杆与套管或钻杆与裸眼段井壁的摩擦。通过使用水和钻井液两种不同的润滑液模拟不同润滑条件,得出润滑液对金刚石防磨带耐磨性的影响效果。试验结果表明,长方形金刚石防磨带设计合理,有良好的耐磨性能及保护套管的作用。
By analyzing the downhole motion of the drill pipe, the wear mechanism of the drill pipe joint is obtained, and the feasibility of using the polycrystalline diamond as the wear resistant material of the drill pipe joint is theoretically analyzed. Friction and wear testing machine was used to simulate the downhole condition of drill pipe joints. Friction test between the drill pipe and casing or rock specimen was carried out by using anti-wear strip specimens respectively to simulate the friction between the drill pipe and the casing or the drill pipe and the borehole wall. Through the use of two different lubricating fluids of water and drilling fluid to simulate different lubrication conditions, the effect of lubricating fluid on wear resistance of diamond wear belt is obtained. The test results show that the rectangular diamond wear-resistant belt design is reasonable, good wear resistance and the role of protective sleeve.
