目前,钢筋混凝土框架结构按照强柱、弱梁、强剪端部节点的抗震要求,柱梁节点箍筋很密,待模板工序完工后,为大梁钢筋穿柱及柱端部箍筋绑扎带来了很大困难,造成柱端部少箍筋甚至不放箍筋。汶川大地震破坏的框架结构中柱端部就出现以上问题。采用补强措施用开口箍、S箍也达不到设计要求。为了保证施工质量,我们在施工中,采用了预制箍筋“笼子”方法,解决了以上施工难题。
