由山东大学经济研究院(中心)、浙江大学经济学院主办,中山大学法学院承办的“2007年度中国法经济学论坛”于2007年5月13～14日在中山大学举行。来自北京大学、复旦大学、山东大学、浙江大学、厦门大学、中国社会科学院等国内著名高校和研究院所以及来自美国、中国台湾和香港地区的100多名专家学者出席了大会。山东大学经济研究院(中心)院长黄少安教授代表主办方致辞,并说明了“中国法经济学论坛”的发起及主办安排情况。“中国法经济学论坛”是由山东大学经济研究院(中心)院长黄少安教授和浙江大学经济学院常务副院长史晋川教授在2003年发起的,每年举行一届。山东大学和浙江大学轮流作为第一主办方。截至2007年,“中国法经济学论坛”已经成功举办五届。论坛安排了大会主题发言和小组讨论。
Organized by the Economic Research Institute of Shandong University (Center), Zhejiang University School of Economics and Sun Yat-sen University School of Law, “2007 China Law and Economics Forum” was held in Sun Yat-sen University from May 13 to May 2007. More than 100 experts and scholars from Peking University, Fudan University, Shandong University, Zhejiang University, Xiamen University, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and other famous universities and research institutes as well as from the United States, Taiwan and Hong Kong attended the conference. Professor Huang Shao’an, dean of Shandong University Economic Research Institute (Center), made a speech on behalf of the organizers and explained the launching and hosting arrangements of “China Law and Economics Forum”. “China Law and Economics Forum ” is sponsored by Professor Huang Shao’an, dean of Economic Research Institute of Shandong University (Center) and Professor Shi Jinchuan, executive vice president of School of Economics of Zhejiang University in 2003, which is held annually. Shandong University and Zhejiang University take turns as the first organizer. As of 2007, “China Law and Economics Forum” has been successfully held for five sessions. The forum arranged keynote speeches and panel discussions.
