研究紫甘薯花色苷(APSP)中两种主要成分组分Ⅰ和Ⅱ的抗氧化活性,采用TBA荧光法测定其对小鼠肝组织匀浆自发性脂质过氧化的抑制作用及对Fe2+-H2O2诱导的小鼠肝组织匀浆脂质过氧化的抑制作用。实验结果表明,APSP组分Ⅰ和Ⅱ均可抑制小鼠肝自发性脂质过氧化中MDA的生成,此抑制作用呈良好的剂量效应关系;APSP组分Ⅰ和Ⅱ可抑制Fe2+-H2O2诱导的小鼠肝组织匀浆脂质过氧化中MDA的生成,说明可抑制·OH诱导的氧化作用,此抑制作用呈剂量效应关系。并且APSP组分Ⅰ抑制小鼠肝自发性脂质过氧化中MDA的生成和抑制Fe2+-H2O2诱导的小鼠肝组织匀浆脂质过氧化中MDA的生成的抑制率高于组分Ⅱ。
To study the antioxidative activity of two main components I and II of purple sweet potato anthocyanins (APSP), the inhibition of spontaneous lipid peroxidation in mouse liver homogenates by TBA fluorescence and the effect of Fe2 + -H2O2 Induced liver homogenate lipid peroxidation in mice. The results showed that both APSP components I and II could inhibit the MDA production in the spontaneous lipid peroxidation of mice liver, and the inhibition showed a good dose-response relationship. APSP components I and II could inhibit the induction of Fe2 + -H2O2 The generation of MDA in the lipid peroxidation of mouse liver homogenate shows that it can inhibit the oxidation induced by · OH, and the inhibitory effect is dose-dependent. And APSP component Ⅰ inhibit the spontaneous lipid peroxidation in mice liver MDA production and inhibition of Fe2 + -H2O2-induced mouse liver homogenate lipid peroxidation MDA production inhibition rate higher than that of component Ⅱ.
