运动员的能源状况关系着运动能力。尤其是从事耐力项目的运动员,由于长时间的剧烈运动。消耗着大量的能量。但运动前又不宜吃过多的食物。运动中往往出现低血糖情况,限制运动能力。为此已较多地进行了赛前给予葡萄糖补充的研究,但对此迄今尚存争议。本研究调查了我国优秀自行车运动员的热能消耗;探讨了优秀自行车和马拉松运动员运动前补充高能食品的效用。
The athlete’s energy status is related to athletic ability. Especially for endurance project athletes, due to prolonged strenuous exercise. Consume a lot of energy. But before exercise should not eat too much food. Hypoglycemia often occurs during exercise, limiting exercise capacity. To this end, more studies on glucose supplementation before competition have been carried out, but this is still controversial so far. This study investigated the energy consumption of elite cyclists in China and discussed the utility of elite cyclists and marathon athletes in supplementing high-energy foods before exercising.
