目前各种的原因导致医患关系紧张,提高护士的职业素养是缓解紧张的医患关系的一方面。而从护生阶段抓起,形成稳态的人格个性特质,得从护理专业教师抓起。护理专业教师的教育信仰如何,决定了护生培养的效果。护理专业教师的教育信仰,应集中体现在道德信仰上,对德育价值的高度认同上和德育教师的人格魅力上。护理专业教师对道德信仰的坚定性成为该教师群体教育信仰的核心要素。
At present, various reasons lead to the tension between doctors and patients, and improving the professional accomplishment of nurses is one aspect of alleviating the tension between doctors and patients. Starting from the stage of nursing students to form a steady personality personality traits, from nursing teachers started. Nursing professional teachers of educational beliefs, decided to nurse students training effect. Nursing professional teachers’ educational beliefs should be embodied in the moral beliefs, the high recognition of moral values and the moral charm of moral teachers. The staunchness of nursing professions on moral beliefs has become the core element of the educational beliefs of this group of teachers.
