由天津市科学技术协会、天津市营养学会、天津市教科院职业技能培训中心共同举办的天津市首届营养餐技能大赛,于2005年5月23日在天津市富宾大酒店隆重举行。这次大赛的宗旨是:普及营养知识,推崇健康理念,倡导科学饮食,讲求膳食平衡,发现并培养高素质营养型烹饪人才。首次举办营养餐大赛困难很多,将营养与烹饪相融,是一场由习惯向理念转变的膳食革命。积极参加者有之,他们认为:学会“吃”重要,重要到能否健康长寿。拭
The first nutrition meal skill contest organized by Tianjin Science and Technology Association, Tianjin Nutrition Society and Tianjin Academy of Vocational Education Occupational Skills Training Center was held on May 23, 2005 in Tianjin Binbin Hotel. The purpose of this competition is: popularize nutrition knowledge, respected health concept, advocate scientific diet, emphasize diet balance, find and cultivate high-quality nutritious cooking talent.
