Semiconductor applications in the growing car. In an era of rapid technological progress, there is a growing market demand for integrated systems in the semiconductor and integrated systems in the package, and Smart Power Technology is a good response to the above requirements. Only this allows us to design a truly mechatronic solution. It is in the same module integrated mechanical, electrical, electronic and information components. Mechatronic solutions help designers move from centralized solutions to distributed solutions, helping to properly distribute power density and reduce wiring. This paper discusses the application of H-bridge power and compares it with the new scheme of H-bridge function in a traditional scheme (relay or discrete scheme) and H-bridge in a single power supply package. The new scheme has protection and diagnosis functions, And can provide feedback information to the microcontroller. Increase thermal response to optimize system cooling by SMD package + PCB. The article concludes with electromagnetic compatibility (EMI) test results and discusses them to prevent interference with other electronic systems in the car.
