目的 :分析集中式规范化管理模式在消毒供应中心管理工作中的应用效果。方法 :将在我院消毒供应中心工作的24名工作人员作为本次研究的对象。自2013年5月起,我院对消毒供应中心的工作进行集中式规范化管理。在2013年5月之前,我院对消毒供应中心的工作进行常规管理。在进行集中式规范化管理前后,分别抽取215个医疗物品,比较对其进行回收、洗涤、消毒、包装、灭菌、储存、发放的合格率。结果:调查的结果显示,进行集中式规范化管理后,消毒供应中心对医疗物品进行回收、洗涤、消毒、包装、灭菌、储存、发放的合格率均明显高于进行集中式规范化管理前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 :对消毒供应中心的工作进行集中式规范化管理的效果较为理想。
Objective: To analyze the effect of centralized standardized management in the management of disinfection supply center. Methods: Twenty-four staff working in our hospital disinfection supply center were selected as the object of this study. Since May 2013, our hospital centralized management of the work of disinfection supply center. Before May 2013, our hospital routinely managed the work of disinfection and supply centers. Before and after the centralized and standardized management, 215 medical items were drawn separately to compare the pass rates for their recovery, washing, disinfection, packaging, sterilization, storage and distribution. Results: The results of the survey showed that after the centralized standardized management, the qualified rate of disinfection, supply, disinfection, packaging, sterilization, storage and distribution of medical supplies in disinfection supply center were significantly higher than that before centralized and standardized management Statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The effect of centralized and standardized management on the work of disinfection and supply center is ideal.
