经过高温力学性能实验,在650~1 150℃的实验温度范围内明确了SS400含硼钢的高温脆性区;并通过对铸坯的高温强度和热塑性分析,揭示了铸坯边裂产生的主要原因是钢种成分处于包晶钢的范围和钢中BN的析出。在SS400含硼钢实际生产中,运用本文提出的措施可显著减少铸坯边裂的发生。
After high-temperature mechanical property experiment, the high temperature brittleness zone of SS400 boron-containing steel was clarified in the experimental temperature range of 650 ~ 1 150 ℃. The main reason of the edge cracking of cast slab was revealed through the analysis of the high temperature strength and the thermoplastic property of the slab Is the composition of steel in the range of coated steel and the precipitation of BN in steel. In the actual production of SS400 boron-containing steel, the application of the measures proposed in this paper can significantly reduce the occurrence of slab edge cracking.
