绿色化学是当前研究的热点.Ln(OTf)3是一种对水稳定的Lewis酸,可在水及质子溶剂等友好环境中催化许多有机反应,在绿色化学研究中备受关注.评述近年来镧系金属盐催化有机反应的概况和最新进展,对镧系金属催化的Diels-Alder(DA)反应、羟醛缩合反应、烯丙化反应、缩醛化反应、自由基反应等经典反应的绿色化研究进行了论述;并结合课题组在氮杂Diels-Alder,环化反应,亲电反应,固相合成及酶催化方面的研究成果,提出了今后研究的方向和热点.
Green chemistry is the hotspot of current research. Ln (OTf) 3 is a water-stable Lewis acid that catalyzes many organic reactions in a friendly environment such as water and protic solvents. It has attracted much attention in the field of green chemistry. In this paper, the recent progress and recent progress in catalytic organic reactions of lanthanide metal salts are reviewed. Diels-Alder (DA) reactions, aldol condensation reactions, allylation reactions, acetalization reactions and radical reactions The greening of the reaction was discussed. Combined with the group’s research results in the Diels-Alder aza, cyclization, electrophilic reaction, solid phase synthesis and enzyme catalysis, the direction and hot spots for future research were proposed.
