本文分别在基因水平和氨基酸水平对四株恶性疟原虫红内期裂殖子抗原PF83的变异进行了分析,以确定PF83是否有可能作为恶性疟原虫红内期裂殖子疫苗的抗原成分。
In this paper, we analyzed the variation of four intramuscular erythrocytic meiotic antigen PF83 at the gene level and the amino acid level respectively to determine whether PF83 might be used as the antigenic component of the MIP vaccine of Plasmodium falciparum.
