1975年Milstein和kohler首创了淋巴细胞杂交瘤技术产生单克隆抗体,立即引起生物界学者的广泛重视,现在已成为免疫学最重要的技术,也是分子生物学、临床医学研究中出色的多用途工具,因此有人称之为“医用微形导弹”。本文仅将近年来单克隆抗体在组织器官移植中应用情况作一概述。关于单克隆抗体原理、研究方法国内外已有很多文献叙述这里不再赘述。
In 1975, Milstein and kohler pioneered lymphocyte hybridoma technology to produce monoclonal antibodies, which immediately attracted the attention of the biologists.
