寒冬来临,狗肉已成为许多地区受人青睐的美食。早在3000年前,周天子时代,狗肉就成为御席“八珍”之一。民谚曰:“狗肉滚三滚,神仙站不稳。”这形象地说明了狗肉味道鲜美,营养价值高的特点。 狗肉富含蛋白质,脂肪含量低,而微量元素含量则高于猪肉和牛肉。明朝李时珍的《本草纲目》载:“狗肉安五脏,轻身,益气,宜胃,暖腰膝,壮气力,补五痨,补血脉……”
