全国喷灌科技信息网第七次大会于1993年5月25～29日在黑龙江省佳木斯市召开。参加大会的有来自全国25个省市的80个网员单位的110名代表。中国灌排技术开发公司陈雷经理、黑龙江省国营农场总局王继宗副局长应邀出席了大会。这次大会的中心议题是讨论社会主义市场经济与喷灌发展。党的十四大提出要发展社会主义市场经济,要走高产优质、高效农业的道路。喷灌事业如何适应社会主义市场经济,在改革开放的新形势下取得新的发展,对于我们来说,既是一个严竣的挑战,又是一次难得的机遇。代表们在大会上交流了本地区、本单位适应市场经济发展喷灌的经验和体会,对于在新的
The seventh meeting of the National Irrigation Technology Information Network was held on May 25-29, 1993 in Jiamusi City, Heilongjiang Province. Attending the conference were 110 delegates representing 80 netizens from 25 provinces and cities across the country. The Manager Chen Lei of China Irrigation and Drainage Technology Development Corporation and the Deputy Director Wang Jizong of the General Bureau of State Farm of Heilongjiang Province were invited to attend the conference. The central topic of this conference is to discuss the development of the socialist market economy and irrigation. The 14th CPC National Congress proposed to develop a socialist market economy and to take the path of high yield, high quality and efficient agriculture. How to adapt the sprinkler irrigation business to the socialist market economy and achieve new development under the new situation of reform and opening up is not only a tough challenge but also a rare opportunity for us.
